  • Doug Dixon

    Doug DixonDoug Dixon is President and Chief Executive Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company. Before assuming his current role, Mr. Dixon was the Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Texas Life from 2014 to 2016. Prior to Texas Life, Mr. Dixon was with the Dwyer Group as Vice President of Marketing and also with Western & Southern Financial Group in various leadership roles. Mr. Dixon holds an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Economics from Wittenberg University.

  • Evan Gewitz

    Evan GewitzEvan Gewitz is the Chief Financial Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company, and Vice President and head of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Wilton Re enterprise. Mr. Gewitz has over 19 years of experience in the life insurance industry. Prior to joining Wilton Re in 2015, Mr. Gewitz spent 10 years at Guardian Life Insurance Company, where he worked in various areas, ultimately managing the reinsurance accounting and operations unit for the Individual Life profit center. He holds a M.S. in Financial Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Engineering at NYU, and a B.A. in Mathematics from Queens College, City University of New York.

  • Brad Kendrick

    Brad KendrickBrad Kendrick is Vice President, System Conversions at Texas Life Insurance Company. Mr. Kendrick began his career with Texas Life in 1981. During his early years, Mr. Kendrick was involved in the conversion from CFO to Life-Comm, and subsequently provided leadership for the architecture, development, and conversion of various systems supporting new products and markets, as well as more efficient information technology. During Mr. Kendrick's tenure, annual processing of applications has grown from 5,000 to over 100,000. Mr. Kendrick holds a BBA with a minor in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.

  • Michael Khoury

    Michael KhouryMichael Khoury is Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. He joined Texas Life in 1997. Mr. Khoury's responsibilities include the Case Implementation, Underwriting, New Business, Worksite Billing, Customer Service, and Administrative Services departments. Mr. Khoury holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and a JD/MBA from Texas Tech University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed attorney in the state of Texas.

  • Scott Lee

    Scott LeeScott Lee is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company. Mr. Lee began his career with Texas Life in 1995 after graduating from Baylor University with a BS in Computer Science. Mr. Lee has made significant contributions in the development of both internal and client facing systems at Texas Life. Prior to becoming CIO, Mr. Lee was responsible for the Texas Life IT Transformation Office.

  • Margaret Spencer

    Margaret SpencerMargaret Spencer is Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company. Ms. Spencer joined Texas Life's sales team in 2017 as a Sales Director for Texas Life's primary distribution partner for the Eastern US. Under her leadership, sales in her territory grew 73%. Ms. Spencer holds FLMI, CLU and CEBS designations and a BBA from Baylor University.

  • Judy Sprague

    Judy SpragueJudy Sprague is Director of Human Resources Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company. Ms. Sprague joined the company in 1985 and has managed the Human Resources Department since 2007. Ms. Sprague is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds her PHR designation from the HR Certification Institute.
