• Doug Dixon

  Doug Dixon is President and Chief Executive Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company. Before assuming his current role, Mr. Dixon was the Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Texas Life from 2014 to 2016. Prior to Texas Life, Mr. Dixon was with the Dwyer Group as Vice President of Marketing and also with Western & Southern Financial Group in various leadership roles. Mr. Dixon holds an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Economics from Wittenberg University.

• Krystal Jones

  Krystal R. Jones is Compliance Counsel and Compliance Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company. Ms. Jones holds a J.D. with honors from SMU Dedman School of Law, a B.A. in Political Science from Iowa State University, and two Certificates in Ethics and Compliance from SMU Cox School of Business. A licensed attorney in the state of Texas, Ms. Jones brings with her legal and regulatory compliance experience most recently from Globe Life Inc.

• Brad Kendrick

  Brad Kendrick is Vice President, System Conversions at Texas Life Insurance Company. Mr. Kendrick began his career with Texas Life in 1981. During his early years, Mr. Kendrick was involved in the conversion from CFO to Life-Comm, and subsequently provided leadership for the architecture, development, and conversion of various systems supporting new products and markets, as well as more efficient information technology. During Mr. Kendrick's tenure, annual processing of applications has grown from 5,000 to over 100,000. Mr. Kendrick holds a BBA with a minor in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.

• Michael Khoury

  Michael Khoury is Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. He joined Texas Life in 1997. Mr. Khoury's responsibilities include the Case Implementation, Underwriting, New Business, Worksite Billing, Customer Service, and Administrative Services departments. Mr. Khoury holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and a JD/MBA from Texas Tech University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed attorney in the state of Texas.

• Steven Lash

  Steven Lash has served as the Texas Life Chief Financial Officer since October 2022 and has had executive management of Texas Life's finance responsibilities since joining Wilton Re in January 2015 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Wilton Re in 2015, Mr. Lash spent seven years at New York Life Insurance Company in several senior financial leadership roles including the CFO of the Insurance Group, the CFO of the Retirement Income Security Group as well as having oversight of the Treasury, Actuarial, Tax and Corporate Development areas of the company. Prior to New York Life, he spent 11 years as a Principal at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Lash received a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Economics from Binghamton University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

• Scott Lee

  Scott Lee is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company. Mr. Lee began his career with Texas Life in 1995 after graduating from Baylor University with a BS in Computer Science. Mr. Lee has made significant contributions in the development of both internal and client facing systems at Texas Life. Prior to becoming CIO, Mr. Lee was responsible for the Texas Life IT Transformation Office.

• Margaret Newton

  Margaret Newton is Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company. Ms. Newton joined Texas Life's sales team in 2017 as a Sales Director for Texas Life's primary distribution partner for the Eastern US. Under her leadership, sales in her territory grew 73%. Ms. Newton holds FLMI, CLU and CEBS designations and a BBA from Baylor University.

• Judy Sprague

  Judy Sprague is Director of Human Resources Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company. Ms. Sprague joined the company in 1985 and has managed the Human Resources Department since 2007. Ms. Sprague is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds her PHR designation from the HR Certification Institute.
