An application for life insurance must be completed and submitted before coverage can take effect. Coverage is subject to limited underwriting. Within certain limits, and during initial period of eligibility, there are only 3 Express Issue questions concerning work and health related issues in the six months prior to the application.

Your policy will be sent to you after your application for coverage is processed and a policy is issued. Payroll deductions will begin within a few pay periods of submitting an application.
